James D. Maines, 84 of Vidor died Wednesday, November 13th, 2019 in Vidor. A native of Florien, LA, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. James was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Beaumont. He retired from Gulf States Utility after 37ish years as a foreman.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Friday, November 15, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, November 16, 2019 at St. Anne Catholic Church with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor.

James was preceded in death by his wife Helen Maines and son James Maines. He is survived by his daughters Anna Maines, Susan Maines and Shelia Maines all of Vidor, TX, sons Charles Maines and his wife Susie of Vidor, TX, Andy Maines and his wife Shelly of Vidor, TX, Craig Maines and his wife Janis of Buna, TX, 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
