Ed Smith
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Anita LaCour Smith; father of, Mark, Michael, Frank, Kevin, and Cary; four loving daughter-in-laws, 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandsons. He loved life and all sports, especially enjoyed fishing. He also was devoted in his civic duties in the Lions Club and also the Sabine District Transportation Club, where he was a past president and lifetime member. He will be greatly missed.
A gathering of family and friends will begin at 1 p.m., at Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Friday, May 13, 2011, with a chapel service to follow at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
