Robert (Bob) Henry Jellison II, 71, of Cleburne, Texas, saw his Saviour face to face on September 28, 2024. He was with his wife and family at the time of his homegoing.

Bob was born October 28,1952 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Robert Jellison and Delores Kuhlman Barto.

Bob graduated from Seminole High School (Florida) in 1970. He joined the US Navy in 1971 and served until being honorably discharged in January 1980. A veteran of the Vietnam war, he served on the nuclear submarines SSBN Ulysses S. Grant and the USS Greenling.

He married the love of his life, Donna, on October 16, 1975 in Charleston, SC. They were married for 48 years. They were blessed to raise 3 children, Josephine (Arlington, TX), Stuart (Yokosuka-shi,Japan), and Nathanial (Zachary, LA).

Bob was involved with the initial startup and fueling of Riverbend Nuclear Generating Station and continued there for 27.5 years. He then moved to Washington state and worked at Energy Northwest for another 10 years before retiring in 2018. He especially loved preaching in the prisons in Washington and Oregon, seeing God change the lives of the inmates he interacted with. He also enjoyed fishing, collecting VW memorabilia, and the New York Yankees. Bob was an active member of Joshua Baptist Church (Joshua, TX).

Remaining to cherish Bob's memory are his wife, Donna of Cleburne; his daughter, Josephine & Jerry Chaney of Arlington; his sons, Stuart & Michelle Jellison of Japan; and Nathanial & Faith Jellison of Zachary; grandchildren, Chance & Susan Jellison of Missouri; Robert Drake Jellison of Missouri; Savannah Jellison of Japan; Jerae Chaney of Arlington; and Peyton Jellison of Zachary; brother, James & Karen Jellison of North Carolina; and sister, Janet Hanson of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
