Lloyd Edward Ryman, Jr., 71, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, August 11, 2020. He was born to Pearl Schulte Ryman and Lloyd Edward Ryman, Sr., on October 12, 1948, in Houston, Texas. Lloyd started working at Gulf States Utilities and retired from Entergy after thirty-three years. He was known by his colleagues at Gulf States as "Shakey." Mr. Ryman enjoyed boating, was well-rounded, and was inquisitive about everything around him. He loved cooking, especially turkey dressing for his family during the holidays. Survivors include his wife, Linda Ryman, of Beaumont; daughters, Kirstie Crowell and her husband, Doug, of Port Neches and Angela Richard and her husband, Brian, of Labelle; sister, Carolyn Pená and her husband, Daniel, of Bay City; grandchildren, Alexandria Ainsworth and her husband, Cameron; Caitlyn Doucet; Jonathan Doucet; Taylor Doucet; Zachary Ryman; Savannah Martin and her husband, Kody; Shyann Culpepper; and Mark "Trey" Zelner; great-grandchildren, Noah Gomez and Emma Ainsworth. He is preceded in death by his parents. A gathering of Mr. Ryman's family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 14, 2020, at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2020, at Broussard's, with his interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
